Some neighbors are totally THE WORST.
They probably aren’t even breaking any HOA rules.
The crazy ones are the hardest to work with.
They should be ashamed.
Insanity is doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results.
Those folks probably won’t be partying at night anymore…
