An Off-Leash Dog Repeatedly Approached a Stroller—Leaving Both Parties On Edge

The neighbors clearly aren’t dog people.
It shouldn’t be too hard to convince the building management exactly who the problem is.
Talk about a great guard dog!
They’re standing their ground and not giving the dog back…
They don’t need to give the neighbors a reason to be mad at them.
The neighbors don’t sound like very good dog owners.
That neighbor’s behavior is strange.
That neighbor sounds gross and somewhat crazy.
