This was a strange arrangement that backfired in this renter’s face.
The landlord’s mistake is not their problem.
Something needs to change.
The neighbor is terribly rude and selfish.
Their wellbeing is important.
A landlord’s responsibility is to resolve issues, not to provide friendship.
Helping a friend is sometimes the worst thing you can do.
It’s an annoying problem.
This landlord can do much better than these nightmare tenants.
