Choosing family time over unpaid work isn’t selfish, it’s a basic boundary.
Some situations don’t resolve on any timeline that feels fair, they just linger.
No need to jump right to a legal situation before talking to the landlord.
The neighbor sounds really annoying.
Personally, I’d move.
Some feuds don’t end with an apology. They just go dormant until the next excuse to resurface.
If polite, repeated requests haven’t changed anything, maybe it’s time to stop being nice.
If this behavior continues, this homeowner will have to go even more lethal.
