Just when you think customers can’t get any worse, they raise the bar again.
Respect should always go both ways.
If this customer wanted smiles so bad, maybe she could just try being nice.
What a great idea!
No one wants to work with someone who can’t even show basic respect.
Those people need to grow up.
Standing up for himself was worth it, even if it meant upsetting the chain of command.
