Company Decided To Change The Swing Shift Hours, So An Employee Decided To Stop Doing All Of The Work He Wasn’t Technically Required To Do
It must be nice to not have so much to do.

Sounds like they need a new system.
I feel bad for the employees that were left with the mess when the supervisor quit.
A schedule isn’t a bad idea.
When will companies realize that micromanaging never works?
No one likes to work for a boss like that.
