Customer Tried Exchanging Product He Dropped Outside For A New One, But The Cashier Told Him That’s Not How It Works
You drop it, you pay for it. Simple.

It can’t hurt to ask, but don’t destroy the merchandise!
For a dollar’s worth of soda, this customer came far closer to trouble than it was ever worth.
Her roommate probably won’t make her dinner again.
Looks like common sense wasn’t BOGO that day.
Just one more huge reason to stop drinking soda.
She did the right thing.
It’s not a complicated recipe.
