Maybe the best thing this employee could do is just look for a new job.
Some people just aren’t meant to be in HR, and this woman is definitely one of them.
The problem isn’t with her, it’s with everyone else.
There’s only so much disrespect an employee can tolerate, no matter how how high performing they are.
Bosses are supposed to lead by example, not avoid hard work like the plague.
You can’t expect anyone to work under these toxic conditions.
This is no way to run a department.
HR might not fix everything, but staying silent clearly wasn’t fixing anything either.
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
