A Couple’s Favorite Restaurant Feels Completely Different Under New Management — And Not for the Better
That manager is doing an awful job!

You can’t replace a full time employee with a part time employee and expect the same amount of work to get done!
If she had just been a good and supportive manager, all of this could have been avoided.
The people running this place have no consideration for their workers!
All this over a freakin’ burrito…
She has a right to be incredibly frustrated about this…
They figured out how to drive circles around those guards!
If the work is already being done at foreman level, the pay should already reflect that, full stop.
Desperate people will do some pretty stupid things.
She could’ve ignored the situation.
