Nobody owns a stray cat.
A 50/50 partnership works great… until one person does 100% of the work and pays 100% of the bills.
You can’t expect anyone to work under these toxic conditions.
You can’t just decide the rules don’t apply to you.
Being helpful doesn’t require a uniform… just a little knowledge and a friendly attitude.
This is no way to run a department.
Her mom sounds like she’s making things a lot more difficult than they need to be…
Sometimes, breaking the rules is better than ruining the furniture.
