When living in an apartment, you have to document every issue so you can report it when necessary.
Never start a feud with your neighbors if it can be avoided.
Sometimes doing the wrong thing can get you exactly what you want.
Some situations don’t resolve on any timeline that feels fair, they just linger.
If polite, repeated requests haven’t changed anything, maybe it’s time to stop being nice.
