Closed means CLOSED, people…it’s not that hard to figure out.
Some customers are more trouble than they’re worth.
Some people get overtime for the craziest reasons!
That customer was really trying to take advantage of the situation.
Her boss clearly didn’t understand what really happened.
The customer is sometimes very wrong.
All she did was her job.
If you want a reserved table, go somewhere else.
You can’t help someone who insists on speed-running their own inconvenience.
