Policy humbles overconfidence every time.
This cashier only gave the customer exactly what he asked for.
The real tenderizing was to the customer’s ego!
Turns out, just listening to your employees is a much cheaper approach.
Once again, management spends thousands trying to save money.
That was a lot of drama over a gallon of milk.
I’d never go to a store in my work uniform again after that experience!
