Those neighbors need to figure something out.

She must be downright exhausted.
They do not have to put up with this type of harassment.
There is nothing wrong with asking neighbors to keep the noise level down.
Talking to the neighbors face to face is the right thing to do.
Parcels can be replaced, but sleep can’t, and earplugs can only do so much.
This would get old really fast.
This would drive anyone crazy.
Both of these neighbors could have handled themselves better.
If you aren’t willing to file complaints, things will never change.
