It’s always good to show kindness.
This guy went well beyond revenge into really being a villain.
That customer sounds pretty crazy!
You can’t help someone who won’t help themselves.
Even if you stick to the rules, some people will still try to twist them.
Customers can’t always have what they want when they want it.
