Employees aren’t going to lie and say they don’t work at a store when they really do.
If this employee had a dime for every time a customer threw a tantrum, he could afford to quit the job for good.

Online shopping is great, but it can’t compete with the immediate service of an in store experience.
It sounds like those employees didn’t know their own store’s policies.
People will do anything to make a little money I guess.
