It is kind of sad that it is seen as a win when she is still doing a lot of extra work without more money.
There’s no good answer here.
It’s not worth parking closer if it takes longer to leave.
If the manager didn’t learn from this situation, she’ll lose her job eventually.
Maybe missing the train in the rain got the point across.
It would be a shame for him to give up on his research because of a clueless supervisor.
I think she made the right decision.
