It doesn’t sound like an act of revenge, but it sure is petty!
I’d probably do the same thing to keep nosey neighbors away…
There’s always that one person who ruins the fun for everyone!
If they didn’t pay for it, then they don’t have a say about it.
That is some scary stuff!
If you can’t beat them, just waste their time.
