The “my house, my rules” argument has a ceiling, and telling an adult daughter she can’t see a friend for a few hours in the evening is well above it.
Whoever put her in charge of this did these kids a real disservice.
If she really wants to park in that spot, she can wait until he’s done shopping.
Protecting your own peace is also part of preparing for marriage.
It pays to listen to your workers.
They shouldn’t be having to endure this at all.
