Customer Asked A Costco Service Rep If She Was Having A Bad Day After Her Tone Came Across As Rude, But It Set Her Off And Made The Call Even More Uncomfortable
She didn’t do anything wrong.

Sounds like she needed to go.
That was totally unprofessional.
What a funny call.
Calls like this must be fun.
That must’ve been pretty shocking.
He handled it fairly well.
Never assume you know someone.
She did what she could.
No one deserves that.
