It’s not his job to control traffic.

It seems odd to me to throw a BBQ and invite a bunch of people you don’t work with anymore.
Their marriage is in trouble if he’s going to talk to her like that and think that it’s okay.
She shouldn’t feel forced to take on a task she hates.
She should just let it go and do more research before hiring someone next time.
