He needs to put his foot down and set some boundaries ASAP.
If she can’t afford rent at the moment, she is not ready to live in a rental.
If they just talked less and listened more, their communication would instantly improve.
It’s adding up and taking way too much of his time.
Hopefully, she will realize she deserves much better.
