He needs to file official complaints and keep escalating the issue up the management chain until something is done.
Yelling at a coworker is immature and unprofessional.
Personal struggles shouldn’t affect professional goals and responsibilities.
Regardless of his intentions, she needs to make it stop, and that means going to the manager.
It’s hard to believe that some people can be this clueless…
This is a work situation that NOBODY wants to deal with.
Good managers listen to the people.
Nobody expects a new manager to be perfect.
Now, she’s out of a job.
Maybe being fired from a job this toxic would be a blessing in disguise.
