A Friendly Work Relationship Turned Into Something Uncomfortable, So She Took Action When Her Boundaries Were Ignored
Choosing to protect herself was the right call.

Hopefully, she never tries to start something with her again.
She’d rather be labeled selfish than stay silently resentful.
They may realize just how much she achieved daily and how they should have listened to her.
If doing the right thing keeps their job safe, then so be it.
Hopefully, the kitchen manager will be scolded for this.
It might be time to rethink this work friend.
This sailor played the long game and it really paid off.
