This relationship isn’t going to last if they can’t learn to communicate.
If he doesn’t listen to his wife, this marriage may not last.
This was a win win situation.
It sounds like her parents are totally taking advantage of her…and that’s putting it mildly.
It is not surprising that his family is upset with him.
Her siblings were out of line, but maybe he should have stayed out of the argument.
I think they both need to work on their communication skills.
It’s a good thing he didn’t follow her directions.
There is clearly a cultural aspect to this story, but if he gives them money, he is just enabling them.
