If she doesn’t know she was fired, she should have.

This is why a company should be able to fire employees like this.
She really got a lot out of this company, and it was well-deserved.
It was a huge mistake to fire him and then let him keep working.
They both lost their job in the end, but only one of them was happy about it.
Nobody is surprised that someone like this was already on ‘thin ice’ with his employer.
As with most things in life, there is not just one source of the problem.
His boss should know that healthy employees are going to be more reliable and work harder, but apparently he doesn’t care.
Getting paid to retire early sounds like a dream situation to me.
The crazy thing is that it took ‘a long legal process’ to get the manager fired.
