Parking in one handicap space is bad enough.
This must have been hard to hear.
I’m sure the construction worker wasn’t holding up traffic just for the fun of it.
Employees don’t create the policies.
It is possible that the neighbor might have dementia.
He has a great opportunity to start his life off on his own, and he should take it.
Humans are incredibly creative.
Unfortunately, the entitled woman will keeps standing in parking spots if nobody stops her.
It does sound like an almost impossible task.
