Horrible Lady In A Wheelchair At A Clinic Started Yelling At Another Customer Because She Thought She Was Staff, And Insulted Her For Delays In The Appointment.

Sometimes all you can do is shrug and just carry on with your day.
She missed the opportunity to say: “Let’s put a pin in it, lady, this is Disney World, lighten up.”
Boss level response.
She explained it to her, but she couldn’t make her understand.
I bet that she was shocked when she learned that her teachers had lives outside of school, too.
Her response was enough to de-escalate the situation, so it worked well.
He has a good heart and nothing to feel bad about.
One way or another, she needs to learn the world doesn’t revolve around her.
