It’s pretty obvious that these two women are NOT compatible and shouldn’t be living together.
Employees deserve answers, not endless uncertainty.
At the very least, she should pay her for the evening of babysitting.
No one likes to get accused for something they didn’t do…
That definitely didn’t go the way the employee expected.
If she continues to let her sister live with her rent free, she may never move out.
It sounds like this person needs to get a place of their own ASAP!
