Neighbor’s Dog Keeps Escaping Into Her Yard And Chasing Her Cat, So She’s Ready To Call Animal Control
She needs to get much more aggressive about this or she is going to lose her cat, or worse.

Stop being nice to this awful neighbor. Report her for fraud and trap her cats.
This dog was a serious threat and getting the police involved was the right thing to do.
If anyone deserves a cease and desist, it’s this entitled neighbor.
These dogs are clearly not being properly cared for.
That definitely sounds like it was a stressful day at work!
When irresponsible pet ownership becomes a neighborhood problem, everyone—including the animals—ends up paying the price.
There really wasn’t much else to do.
If the kitten isn’t happy on the balcony, something’s probably not right.
If the cat was so precious to her, she could have just been a better owner.
