It sounds like some customers out there need a refresher in their etiquette lessons…
Folks, this is what BAD customer service looks like.
That was an easy mistake to make.
If the problem isn’t bad enough, make it worse.
They need to do something about this.
Maybe next time this customer will crank the dial on some humility.
Fingers crossed she doesn’t have to deal with this customer again.
Retail really should come with hazard pay for secondhand weirdness.
Hopefully this hotheaded realtor may rethink her life choices, or at least who she screams at before breakfast.
