The problem clearly wasn’t the computer.
Some people have no patience.
This was some seriously epic revenge!

Just another day solving crimes at tech support.
If nothing else, this employee will have an interesting story to tell their friends.
Some people just don’t pay attention.
Two hours is a ridiculous amount of time to wait.
