Constant Noise Complaints Annoy The Heck Out of Him, So He Scares The Nosy Neighbor Into Silence
Guess she didn’t see that coming.

She doesn’t sound like very much fun to be around.
Some people think they are above the rules.
This neighbor is full-on nuts.
You can’t put a price on sleep.
Did they think about calling the cops?!
It seems like they got the point.
