Mechanic Works A Lot Of Overtime, But His Boss Wants Him To Use It For Vacation Instead Of Paying Him For It
If you have the time, you might as well use it!

Going above and beyond isn’t always the right thing to do.
Making assumptions can really backfire.
The problem is only going to get worse.
Some jobs aren’t worth keeping.
It’s not worth staying where you’re not valued.
That’s just bad management, right there!
If you want employees to work overtime, you need to make it worth it.
If you want to avoid paying overtime, you have to hire more employees.
Let’s just say that this former Walmart worker took this pretty personally…
