Woman Unsure Whether to Use Her Reserved Parking Spot Because It’s Still Marked as Handicap Accessible
I really think this is a question for building management.

The house guest needs to move her car or leave.
You shouldn’t have to let other people get their way when they’re clearly in the wrong.
Nobody owns public street parking.
