Retail Worker Made The Day Of A Customer Who Was Going Through A Hard Time, So The Customer Asked To Speak To The Manager To Give Her A Good Review

I’d say that this worker handled this difficult customer perfectly!
“This is the last day that’s open, and there’s another Big Lots that closes tomorrow, so that’s gonna be the same thing. So all your Big Lots stores, run.”
The customer isn’t always right!
The stylist was rude in every way.
