She Called The Cops On The Neighborhood Kids, And Now Her Friend Thinks She’s Being Mean By Putting A Playground In Her Yard For Her Daughter
She can buy whatever she wants for her backyard.

Ultimately, it’s her choice.
She should make sure everyone knows what’s going on, including her neighbor’s family.

Even if she really wanted to “help”, her approach would still not accomplish that.
