You get what you pay for, and that includes employees.
This really doesn’t sound like the best overtime system.
The timing couldn’t have been better!
Hopefully she takes this as a learning opportunity.
Overtime should not be expected or required.
It does sound like an almost impossible task.
I’m sure after 40 hours, she needs to rest her wrist.
Getting paid overtime when you work overtime isn’t asking too much.
This is why sick days exist.
