They could have just parked somewhere else and avoided all of this.

If they are being petty about the parking, so can you!
She could have had the cars towed.
She should probably just watch where she’s going.
Let’s hope his neighbor learned a valuable lesson about taking too many shortcuts.
He really wanted that satellite dish!
