A Customer Called And Insisted On Speaking To A Male, But The Guy He Talked To Made It Clear That It Was A Woman Who Was Really Solving The Problem

She was probably just trying to be helpful.
And it was fairly easy, since they were lying to people without even flinching.
All she had to do was listen the first time!
The information kiosk is there for a reason!
Next time ask an employee.
Apparently, retail is a personality trait.
