It doesn’t sound like this customer did anything wrong at all…
Sometimes, the simplest fix can make the biggest difference for guests.
If it has someone else’s name on it, then it’s clearly not yours.
They need to stop overreacting and move on.
Well, this was pretty terrible customer service!
