They actually gave them pets of their own.
Even a tiny dog deserves a little personal space and some gentle loving.

If you’re not part of the HOA, don’t comply.
Dogs don’t belong in stores.
The leashed dog is not the problem.
Always consider rescuing dogs before buying them from breeders.
