Man Says Neighbors Keep Taking His Extra Parking Space, So He Starts Parking in a Way to Block Them
His neighbor should’ve at least asked first.

The neighbors sound really annoying.
I really think this is a question for building management.
You shouldn’t have to let other people get their way when they’re clearly in the wrong.
Nobody owns public street parking.
This situation would be so frustrating!
I would hate to be his neighbor.
It’s awful that they have to deal with such crazy neighbors.
That old lady may literally be nuts.
It’s amazing how effective a can of spray paint can be.
