They thought they were above the law, but they weren’t.

There are lots of jobs where the uniform includes a vest.
Kudos for being the grown-up.
At least he is having a good time.
Nobody is going to give up their vacation to cover for their boss.
Their communication needs to improve on both sides if they want to stay on good terms.
