She missed the opportunity to say: “Let’s put a pin in it, lady, this is Disney World, lighten up.”
I’d like to speak to the gym manager please.
She explained it to her, but she couldn’t make her understand.
I bet that she was shocked when she learned that her teachers had lives outside of school, too.
Her response was enough to de-escalate the situation, so it worked well.

This lady needed to be called out for her behavior!
