I really doubt that the neighbors are trying to be extra loud to annoy her.
This really doesn’t have to be a conflict. They can work together to find the cause of the noise.
There is nothing wrong with asking neighbors to keep the noise level down.
She’s gonna need to have a serious talk with this neighbor…
She might be stuck in this place…with all this noise…
It’s time to call the cops.
This guy definitely needs to find a new place to live…and fast!
